Read the boost before using it

Before using a boost in +1 Stone Skipping, read its effect and timer. Save it for a session when you can keep throwing or training. The HUD can show timed 2x Skill and 2x Win chips, and the Shop has offered a pack with Skill and Wins boost icons. Check the offer in your game for its current price, duration, and way to obtain it.

Skill and Wins call for different timing. Each bounce grants +1 Skill at the base rate, while farther zones award more Wins. Use a Skill boost when you are ready to produce plenty of bounces and train. Use a Win boost when you can reach a rewarding zone repeatedly. Read the item description before activating either one.

Compare boosted and ordinary play fairly

Make a plain throw and note the bounce count, Skill change, zone reached, and Wins change. Then activate or observe a boost and make another throw with the same stone, pets, and pad. The comparison is useful only if you know which effects were active for each attempt. A timed chip may expire between throws; a Friend Boost value or training pad may also change.

Display or itemWhat to verify in game
Timed 2x Skill chipRemaining time and whether your Skill gain changes.
Timed 2x Win chipRemaining time and the Wins result for a comparable zone.
Skill multiplier padIts label, access state, and your displayed gain.
Friend Boost lineThe percentage currently shown on your HUD.
Potion or Shop boostThe live item text, activation method, and price if any.

Another player’s large floating number is a poor target for a new account. One player showed +3 Skill near a pad labelled 1x Skill while other account boosts were active, so that number does not give you a multiplier formula. Friend Boost has also shown +10% in a session with several avatars and +0% in another. Check your own HUD instead of guessing who qualifies or how the bonuses stack.

When each boost is worth attention

Use a Skill effect when you are ready to perform repeated throws or training actions during its timer. If you are about to leave the server, open multiple menus, or inspect Shop offers, save an unactivated potion until you can play. For a Win effect, first check that you can reach a farther zone with some consistency. Boosting a short, inconsistent throw is less useful than applying the effect during a route you can repeat.

The exact result depends on your current level, stone, pets, zone and any overlapping modifiers. Rather than promising a fixed payout, set a short goal: reach the same zone several times while the Win chip is active, or compare Skill before and after several throws while the Skill chip is active. Record the HUD result if you want to decide whether to use a similar reward later.

If you see a boost in Shop, check the currency and contents before paying. Gamepasses, packs, and premium Skill zones have appeared there. Read each card on its own terms: a Shop purchase may differ from a pad in the world or a reward already in your inventory. An icon that resembles a timed HUD chip does not tell you what a bundle contains.

Keep boosts in the progression loop

Boosts speed up part of the loop; they do not replace it. Throw for bounces and Skill, train and level for distance, reach farther zones for Wins, then compare stones and pets. A boost helps most when you know which of those steps is currently limiting you. If distance is the problem, an owned pet or stone may be a lasting improvement. If a new zone is already within reach, a timed Win effect can be easier to evaluate.

Rebirth deserves its own check. The visible Rebirth panel says Level and Skill reset. Before using a timed reward near a rebirth, read both the timer and the rebirth requirement. You may prefer to finish the boosted session before resetting, or save an unactivated item for the next training cycle if the game permits it. Confirm item persistence in the current menu rather than assuming the reset preserves every boost.

FAQ

Are there Skill and Win boosts in +1 Stone Skipping?

Recorded gameplay shows timed 2x Skill and 2x Win chips. Read the current HUD and item text for your exact effect and duration.

Does a Skill boost increase Wins too?

Do not assume it does. Skill comes from bounces and Wins are tied to farther zones; check each effect’s live description separately.

Where can I find a boost?

Check your Boosts tab and current Shop or reward menus. A recorded Shop pack included boost icons, but availability and cost can change.

Is Friend Boost always 10%?

No fixed rule is established here. Footage shows +0% in one session and +10% in another; read the percentage on your own HUD.

Should I activate a boost before rebirth?

Read its timer and the Rebirth reset warning first. Use an active timed effect when you can play through it, and verify item persistence before saving one for later.
